I'm a results-oriented Planning & Project Controls professional with 10+ years across construction, oil & gas, and fast-track EPC projects. I lead CPM scheduling and controls end to end — baselining, progress measurement, forecasting, and risk/change coordination — wired into modern digital workflows.
My edge is making schedules trustworthy and visible: BIM-enabled 4D/5D planning to de-risk sequence, Primavera P6 as the single source of truth, and executive Power BI dashboards that turn programme data into fast decisions. I've consistently led multidisciplinary stakeholders to protect milestones and optimise resource deployment under constrained timelines and complex site interfaces.
